How do I get started?

  • Identify the business needs/tasks you do not want to/should not/will not do and that will need outsourcing

  • Get in touch and let me know your business needs and I will see how I can support you

  • You will receive a quote and ways I can support your business. We can arrange a Zoom call to discuss the next steps

  • We discuss the fine details and arrange contract signing and payment

  • Let the onboarding begin! We will start the process of me taking over the burden tasks and freeing up your time for more important business

What are your working hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9-4 pm

Are you avaliable outside of your working hours?

If necessary, I am available outside of my regular working hours. Should you require support outside my working hours there will be a 50% surcharge on the hourly rate.

Do you do tasks that aren't listed in your services?

Yes, I am open to discussing tasks that are not listed in my services. Please get in touch and we can discuss your needs.

Are your services limited to 40 hours per month?

If you require support beyond the 40-hour monthly package, please contact us to discuss availability and details.

Do you meet clients in person?

For businesses based in and around Edinburgh, Scotland, it is possible to meet in person. For clients further afield, we can arrange a Zoom call to discuss your business needs.

What is the payment process?

Retainer packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable.

All invoices will include a detailed report generated through time-tracking software, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing

You will only pay for the time used. Additional expenses such as stationery, printing and postage will be charged at cost. Travel expenses will be calculated based on the national mileage allowance of 45p per mile.

Do you charge VAT?

Onyx Virtual Assistant is not VAT registered, and all prices displayed here are final.
