For businesses based in and around Edinburgh, Scotland, it is possible to meet in person. For clients further afield, we can arrange a Zoom call to discuss your business needs.
Retainer packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
All invoices will include a detailed report generated through time-tracking software, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing
You will only pay for the time used. Additional expenses such as stationery, printing and postage will be charged at cost. Travel expenses will be calculated based on the national mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
Onyx Virtual Assistant is not VAT registered, and all prices displayed here are final.
